Description: 
Paprika oleoresin is a kind of natural red color refined from high quality paprika., in which the main composition is capsanthin and capsorubin, belongs to carotene. It has a bright color and have strong coloring.

 


Properties:

Dark red oily liquid, soluble in oil, vegetable oil, alcohol, ethyl acetate and other organic solvents, insoluble in water, with good stability in light, heat&pH. Capsanthin, with red pepper as the raw material, is refined oily liquid after granulating, subcritical extraction, enrichment, spicy taking off and etc, the main composition is capsanthin, Capsorubin and the carotenoid. 

 

 

Application:

Mainly used in food such as instant noodles, biscuits, baked goods, canned products, cakes, meat sauce, cosmetics and feed industry and etc 

 


Packing:

1KG, 5KG, 20KG per plastic barrel in food grade or 200KG per iron drum with epoxy resin coating or customized. 

 


Storage and validity:

Keep sealed in a cool and dry place, shelf life is 12 months
